Motivational Websites







I think motivation is one of the key things every person must have when going to the gym, wheather its to build muscle or to lose weight. You have to be really determined and have a lot of motivation to be able to push yourself if you want to get results. I'v found some really good websites that will help you get into that mind set and will help you to really become focused and determined to achieve your targeted weight!

A Protein-Shake Review!




There is a huge selection of protein shakes on the market today. Many tell you the same thing, so it's understandable when choosing a protein shake it can be a hard decision. Protein shakes vary from £10 - £60. I’ve had people tell me the more you spend on a protein shake the better it is for you. However you have to look at the ingredients used in the protein shake, as some may not be reliable as others.

Week 1






The objective of my blog will be to offer advice and general tips and give motivation to exercise. I regularly go to the gym and enjoy exercise such as running, cycling and general cardio work-outs. At the moment I am generally at a good fitness level, and I will share my experiences of building in muscle-mass. At the moment I weigh 9st 4 pounds, my height is 5ft 9inches, therefore my ideal weight would be above 10 stone.
