I think motivation is one of the key things every person must have when going to the gym, wheather its to build muscle or to lose weight. You have to be really determined and have a lot of motivation to be able to push yourself if you want to get results. I'v found some really good websites that will help you get into that mind set and will help you to really become focused and determined to achieve your targeted weight!
