Week 1

The objective of my blog will be to offer advice and general tips and give motivation to exercise. I regularly go to the gym and enjoy exercise such as running, cycling and general cardio work-outs. At the moment I am generally at a good fitness level, and I will share my experiences of building in muscle-mass. At the moment I weigh 9st 4 pounds, my height is 5ft 9inches, therefore my ideal weight would be above 10 stone.

I will upload videos and pictures of the exercises that will help naturally skinny people build muscle strength in the healthiest way possible, I will also discuss other peoples achievements in building muscle mass and will offer my personal view of how I found the process and deliver advice from nutritional experts on the foods that can help you achieve your targeted weight.

I know from experience how difficult it is to train for hours in the gym and spend a fortune on muscle building supplements and protein shakes and little to show for it. I’ve discovered if you’re a naturally skinny person would you follow the advice of someone of a bigger frame? Or maybe if you’re training drug-free then does it make sense to listen to a person who is spending hundreds of pounds on steroids?
This blog will deliver my own personal journey of building muscle in the healthiest way possible.

At the moment I am 9stone 4 pounds! I recently bought my first ever protein drink for £19.99. I will take two scoops of my chocolate cookie protein shake at the end of every work out to stimulate muscle growth.
